Deuteronomy 15:2

2And this is the manner of the release: every creditor shall release what he has lent to his neighbor. He shall not exact it of his neighbor, his brother, because the Lord’s release has been proclaimed.

Deuteronomy 23:19-20

19 a“You shall not charge interest on loans to your brother, binterest on money, interest on food, interest on anything that is lent for interest. 20 cYou may charge a foreigner interest, but you may not charge your brother interest, dthat the Lord your God may bless you in all that you undertake in the land that you are entering to take possession of it.

Psalms 37:21

21 The wicked borrows but does not pay back,
but the righteous fis generous and gives;

42 gGive to the one who begs from you, and hdo not refuse the one who would borrow from you.

Luke 6:35
